My favorite web-base tech tool would have to be google.com. Google is an easy website to navigate and it can do a wide variety of things.
My favorite part about it is that you can use google as an excellant search engine. You can type in just about anything and it can find different topics about that subject.
Also, I like to use google to find images. This helped my a lot in one of my English projects this year.
